The new job search is a web of online job searches, resume key word scanning and networking to find an inside advocate.  This new world of seeking new employment has created much confusion and frustration among job seekers accustomed to a much different way of find a new job.


The process to find new work has left many feeling that they can’t cut through this maze and come out on the other side as a whole person.
